About Mobular

Mobular, whose headquarters are in Huntsville, Alabama, was founded in 2000 by a group of rocket scientists.  Seriously.  Huntsville is the home of the U.S. Army’s Redstone Arsenal and the National Aeronautical and Space Administration (NASA) Marshall Space Flight Center.

The technology was originally designed to provide a web based platform for personal, secure delivery of a variety of dynamic content, including extremely large PDF files, multimedia (like video) and other content that is difficult to deliver through e-mail or other more common electronic delivery mechanisms.

Led by Allen Dillard, Chief Executive Officer, the company focuses on two primary markets for development of use cases and applications for this core technology; financial services and the retail/technical catalogue space.

In the financial services market, Mobular provides services to some of the largest transfer agents and financial content providers in the world, including Computershare, Bank of New York Mellon, Thomson Reuters and Broadridge, for delivery of dozens of different types of financial, compliance and personal documents through its proprietary microsite technology platform.

In the retail space, among many others, Mobular’s premier customer is IBM.  Using the applications for over 5 years, IBM provides its internal customers with dynamically updated sales and marketing content.  Delivery of rich, image intensive and highly interactive content (video, flash) is made simple and reliable through the Mobular engine.
